Nicole Nichols is a unique combination of an efficient Escrow Officer and Branch Manager.  Her training and experience allows her to process a wide array of escrows including residential, commercial, refinance, 1031 tax-deferred exchange, bulk sales, trust sales, and mobile home transactions.

Nicole brings over 21 years of escrow experience and became a valuable part of our team in 2013.  She is an active Notary Public and has won Top Producer and Excellent Customer Service awards throughout her career.  She understands the complexities of real estate transactions and prides herself in serving her clients.  Nicole goes above and beyond what is expected, explaining why she has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the premier Escrow Officers in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.

Nicole is happiest spending time with her husband and children.  They could be taking long walks or sitting on the couch catching up on reality television (while responding to work related emails).  All that matters is that they get quality family time.
