Escrow Officer at the Simi Valley Office  

Gloria Olvera has over 16 years of escrow experience and has been an asset to our company since 2003.  She started her career in the industry as an Escrow Receptionist and within a year was running her own refinance unit as a Junior Escrow Officer.  In 2007, she began to work her own desk, handling residential, 1031 tax-deferred exchange, short sale, REO’s, and refinance transactions.  Gloria has amassed a wealth of knowledge over the years and believes that being proactive and organized is key to providing excellent service.  She is an active Notary Public and speaks fluent Spanish. Gloria has been married for over 20 years, has two children, and currently lives in Sylmar.  She enjoys hiking and spending time with her spouse watching their children play sports.
