Courtney started her career at RidgeGate Escrow working alongside Cindy Aldana-Avelar.  With Cindy’s immense knowledge of all things escrow, Courtney was thrilled to be able to learn from the best. Courtney quickly grew from Escrow Assistant to Escrow Officer and ran a resale desk at the Northridge office. With her attention to detail and professional demeanor, Courtney transitioned into Operations Manager  and eventually became Chief Operations Officer for RidgeGate Escrow. Courtney has performed her ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently time and time again. Courtney prides herself in ensuring all parties leave RidgeGate Escrow with a smile on their face. In her free time, you will find Courtney at the beach, taking road trips with her husband, or at an escrow conference with her colleagues.
