Escrow Officer at the Encino Office  

Amy Chong began her escrow career in 2000, learning every aspect of the business from the ground up.  Starting off as an Escrow Assistant, she quickly moved into a Junior Escrow Officer position and is now a fantastic Escrow Officer.

Amy is detailed, organized, dependable, and enjoys the daily challenges of escrow while knowing the sense of urgency of each file. She is a firm believer of “service with a smile”.  Her depth of knowledge in all manners of escrow including residential, commercial, bulk sales, mobile homes, and refinances, enable her to meet client needs and expectations at every level.  She is fluent in Cantonese and holds an active Notary Public commission.

Amy joined our team in 2013 and loves working with such a great group of passionate individuals.  She currently resides in the San Gabriel Valley with her husband, daughter, and son.
